Representing the Fort Lauderdale marketplace, Elmes was joined by fellow luxury marketing experts from North America and Europe affiliated with Coldwell Banker and New York’s premier luxury sales professionals from The Corcoran Group, the leading residential real estate brokerage company headquartered in New York City. The event included a tour of premiere New York luxury development properties led by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran president and CEO and local co-host of the event. The new development properties on the tour included 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences, the highest residential tower in Downtown Manhattan, 70 Vestry, the collection of Tribeca waterfront homes designed by Robert A.M. Stern with unobstructed views of the Hudson River and 53 West 53rd Street, the mid-town residential tower which rises above the Museum of Modern Art and Central Park.
The tour of exceptional New York luxury residences concluded with a presentation on Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in the history of the U.S. and a tour of 15 Hudson Yards, the first residential property of Hudson Yards to enter the market. That evening, as well as the other evenings of the three-day summit, closed with a cocktail reception and VIP dinner party.
