Tim Elmes Sells Harborage Isle Home for Record Breaking Price

It is with pleasure that the Tim Elmes Group announces the sale of 10 Harborage Drive for $6.5 million. The home was purchased in 2002 for $6.25 million and both sides of the transaction were pleased with the sale. This transaction is notable since the home sold for $645 per square foot, the highest amount since 2007 on Harborage Isle. The estate contained seven beds, eight full baths, an eight car garage, state of the art fitness center, media room, and 110 feet of dockage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Tim Elmes represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction, Roger Wittenberns and Nadezda Bondarenko, respectively.
