The size of the project is roughly 40 acres. Approximately 57 villas -- each fully furnshied by Tommy Bahamas and professionally  designed - have been planned for the property.

In Phase 1 of development, ground-floor and two-story buildings -- each comprising nine villas -- will be constructed. If desired, the building configuration will allow for the merging of two or more units, essentially allowing for the creating of one larger villa.

Directly across the bay, Corcovado National Park has been labeled by the National Geographic Society as, "the most biologically intense place on earth."
